Key criteria include

  • Has or currently studying 3rd level qualification in Youthwork, Community Development or in a related field plus 3 years’ experience working with people in a development role OR Minimum Level 3 qualification plus 5 years’ experience working with people in a development role.
  • Two years’ experience of facilitating non-formal learning and delivering accredited qualifications. Facilitation experience to include any two of the following areas: good relations / leadership / community cohesion/ community relations.
