At The King's Trust, we're on a mission to empower young people and foster the next generation of business leaders. We believe in turning dreams into reality and providing unwavering support to young entrepreneurs.

About the Role

As a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise, your mission is to be the driving force behind young entrepreneurs' success stories. As a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise Training, your role is to bring the programme to life at scale. You’ll lead engaging, high-energy workshops for young people across the UK, helping them explore self-employment, test their ideas, and take meaningful steps towards starting a business.

  • Work at pace across a national delivery model
  • Collaborate with mentors, volunteers, and corporate partners
  • Deliver a dynamic programme of sessions
  • Act as a facilitator, host, and trusted voice on enterprise
  • Ensure quality across everything you do

Attention to detail is your superpower, and you’ll be passionate about inspiring change. At The Trust, we're strong advocates for fostering an inclusive workplace, and it would be fantastic if you share that passion too.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
