Elevate Beyond is recruiting Youth Mentors to work across specialist SEMH schools, Alternative Provision academies, PRUs, charity-led organisations and community outreach programmes throughout Greater Manchester.
Your role
You'll support young people aged 11-25 who may be experiencing significant barriers including SEMH needs, exclusion, involvement with youth justice or disengagement from education.
Through mentoring, outreach and positive relationships, you'll help them rebuild confidence, develop resilience and work towards education, employment or training.

Salary
- £14-16 per hour
- £105-120 per day

Requirements
We're looking for candidates with at least one year's experience working with young people in youth work, community, Alternative Provision or SEMH settings.
An Enhanced DBS, DBS Update Service registration, Level 2 Safeguarding, two professional references and the right to work in the UK are essential.
JNC qualifications and experience in mentoring, outreach or violence reduction are advantageous but not essential.
