About the Role
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for working with young people to join our team as Secure Care Workers in our Secure Children’s Home. No formal experience is required, just a drive to support and inspire young people who may be facing difficult challenges. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment
- Helping them build self-confidence and develop life skills
- Supporting their education, health, and independence
- Being a positive role model, making a lasting impact on their lives

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £25,905 - £28,410 per year
