YOUTUBE CONTENT CREATOR – AI VIDEO PLATFORM
London – Hybrid £50K – £65K (depending on experience)
Full-time, Permanent
I'm hiring a YouTube Content Creator to join a fast-growing AI video platform on a strong growth trajectory.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end content role where you'll own the full video lifecycle — and to be clear from the start: this role is both in front of and behind the camera. You'll be the face of the channel as well as the brains behind it, taking videos from idea generation through to publishing and shaping how a leading AI product shows up on YouTube.
We're specifically looking for someone who has run and grown their own YouTube channel and built their own following — you understand what it takes to create content people actually watch, because you've done it for yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end YouTube content production from idea to upload
- Present on-camera as the face of the channel, while also directing and producing behind it
- Develop, script, and film engaging, audience-focused videos
- Translate product features and industry trends into compelling video narratives
- Optimise video packaging (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) for reach and discovery
- Work closely with editors and designers to deliver polished, high-quality content
- Manage content planning, scheduling, and production workflows
- Analyse performance data and continuously refine content strategy
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and competitor activity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Good understanding of YouTube SEO, retention, and audience engagement
- Strong creative judgement with high attention to detail
