Job Description
About SearchApi
SearchApi is a real-time SERP API delivering structured data from 100+ search engines and sources, including Google Search, Google Shopping, Google Jobs, Bing, Baidu, YouTube, Amazon, and many more. We power production workloads for Fortune 500 companies, AI startups, and developers who need reliable search data at scale.
We're a lean, profitable, bootstrapped team. No VC pressure, no bloat. Just people shipping real products to real customers.
π― Why Join Us?
- Own the channel: Build our technical video presence from the ground up, your way.
- Technical freedom: You choose what to build and review. We back it.
- You represent the company: Your face and voice reach our entire developer audience.
- AI-native company: There's no shortage of new things to build and show.
- Bootstrapped and Profitable: We answer to customers, not investors.
π§ How You Work
- You build the thing you demo. The code on screen is yours and it runs.
- You have a professional recording setup: clean audio, good camera, a usable space.
- You script, shoot, and edit, or you direct the edit and own the result.
- You ship on a steady cadence, not in bursts.
π€ You Use AI, And You Can Defend Every Claim
- You use AI to move faster in scripting, editing, and building.
- But the camera is on you, and a technical claim in your video is one you can defend live.
- You own the accuracy of everything you publish.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant β 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
Youβve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon β deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme β client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β and where to focus when applying.
πͺ What You'll Do
- Host the content: Shorts, long-form videos, and webinars that teach and show, not just talk.
- Build real demos: Use our API and the tools you review. Show it working.
- Get us into the lists: Land SearchApi in comparison videos and best-of roundups, on merit.
- Run the channel technically: Manage the social presence at an engineer's level, not a marketer's.
- Turn launches into watchable content: New feature, new video, fast.
You own the channel. You decide the format, the cadence, and the topics that will land.
π₯ The Hard Parts
This role is not for everyone. Here's what makes it hard:
- On camera AND technical: Most people are one or the other. You need both.
- Cadence is the job: One great video isn't a channel. Consistency is.
- You build what you film: No hand-waving. The demo has to work.
- You iterate in public: The algorithm is unforgiving, and you learn from it openly.
If you want to read someone else's script off a teleprompter, this isn't for you.
β¨ About You
- Genuinely technical: You can build the demo you're filming.
- Comfortable on camera: Clear, engaging, and natural on video.
- Native or C2 English: Delivery and nuance matter.
- Professional setup: Audio and video that look and sound the part.
- Consistent and self-directed: You ship on a schedule without being chased.

π οΈ Hiring Process
