Our client is seeking a ZAB Administrator / Billing Systems Specialist to take ownership of Zone Advanced Billing support and act as the main point of contact for related issues across the business.
This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day support, troubleshooting, billing and revenue accuracy, and improving how the platform supports Finance and the wider business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Zone Advanced Billing / ZAB / ZoneBilling.
- Previous experience in a ZAB Consultant, ZAB Administrator, Billing Systems Consultant, Finance Systems Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing, revenue flows, and recurring / subscription-based models.
- Experience resolving issues and supporting BAU activity within a live systems environment.
- Comfortable working closely with Finance and other business stakeholders, including non-technical users.
- Experience making smaller system improvements across configuration, workflows, fields, and process design.
- A proactive individual who enjoys troubleshooting, improving systems, and driving day-to-day operational stability.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to ERP or finance systems would be beneficial, though the main requirement is strong ZAB experience.

Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for ZAB / billing-related issues across the business.
- Investigate and resolve billing, invoicing, and revenue-related system issues.
- Handle day-to-day support activity, including troubleshooting and managing ongoing system queries.
- Support and improve billing processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
- Work closely with Finance and wider business teams to support users and improve system understanding.
- Make smaller platform enhancements, including changes to configurations, workflows, and related system setup.
- Monitor billing and revenue flows to ensure they are functioning correctly and aligned to business requirements.
- Act as a bridge between systems and finance, helping translate business issues into practical solutions.
- Support user adoption and confidence across the business through ongoing guidance and problem solving.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical enhancements to strengthen the overall process.
