ZARA IN STORE HR ADVISOR

Job Title HR ADIVISOR Full time Position Reporting to Regional HR Manager / General Manager Purpose To enhance the employee experience by advising and supporting store management on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, development, and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, drives employee engagement, and helps build a motivated and high-performing store team Key Responsibilities • Advise on ideal rotas and changes in structure to improve effective use of hours according to business needs. • Promotes WLB • Orquest administration and maintenance. • Support and advice in ER meetings. • Roll out company training in store, particularly relating to HR processes. • Resolve payroll queries. • Coordinate any payroll changes with Payroll and Regional HR Manager. • Ensure effective internal communication as a store, participating in any managers meetings. • Provide proactive HR support to the store management team. • Support managers in performance management of staff. • Work with the General Manager to create and have action plans in place for store succession plan. • Support the management team in the motivation of the team. • Work closely with the General Manager to monitor, identify and resolve issues affecting team morale or performance. • Support managers in performance management of staff. • Support the management team with initiatives regarding training and development of the team. • Ensure effective induction process, working closely with Coach and management team, ensuring the completition of corporate onboarding training. • Working closely with the Recruitment Centre, coordinate recruitment activity for the store, from placing adverts, vacancy authorisation, screening CVs, organising interviews, managing feedback. • Advise and promote company benefits and development opportunities. • Ensure exit interviews are held and feedback given on areas for improvement. • Provide regular reports to the Management team and Regional HR Manager on the performance of the store regarding hours and productivity. • Analyse reports and create action plans for improvement (e.g. ETO, absence, WTR). Experience and Qualifications • Has (or is currently undertaking) a HR related qualification or has proven relevant experience in HR generic role or in a managerial position in the store. • Experience in a fast paced retail environment would be advantageous. Skills and Attitudes • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point are essential). • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • High level of attention to detail. • Initiative to identify and solve problems and opportunities to be proactive. • Team player and ability to work autonomously when needed. • Self motivated. Takes ownership of their own development. Endorses responsibility for their own actions. • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask. • Commercial awareness. • Able to influence and persuade others. INDINDITEXSM
