We’re currently seeking a Casual Delivery Driver (Zero Hours) to join our dedicated team at our Upper Heyford site. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, flexible, and enjoys working independently.
As a key part of our operations, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, maintaining a high level of customer service, and representing our company with professionalism on the road. In return, we offer a supportive team environment, a varied workload, and the opportunity to build experience within a dynamic organisation.
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Due to the nature of this role, no hours are guaranteed by either party. You will be paid only for actual hours worked. Hours of work may vary from day to day, depending upon operational requirements, so applicants will have a flexible attitude to work the ad-hoc hours required.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of vehicles around the UK. Following delivery or collection, you will return to the office by train or other alternatives.
- Demonstrate vehicle features.
- Work with various software platforms using a company-provided Samsung tablet.
- Ensure all work is completed safely within company guidelines.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Clean manual driving licence is essential.
- Minimum two years driving experience.
- Experience in driving manual and automatic cars.
- Being a skilled, safe and confident driver is essential.
- Be able to work with various software platforms using a company provided tablet.
- Able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
- To be able to work as part of a team.
- Have a friendly, can do attitude.
