Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for a motivated and experienced POS Representatives to support our POS department out on site. We have got a growing work bank in the North, North East and North West. This is a zero hours opportunity based in Nottingham.
Our POS Reps police work activities, are the single point of contact on site and protect our POS qualification.
The Role
- Ensure all aspects of plant activities that have been planned for and documented in the OTP Plan, are executed in a manner fitting to the equipment used and competence of the operator and controller
- Ensure activities being undertaken do not deviate from the activities in the OTP or Lift Plan
- Represent Readypower professionally as one of our official ‘leaders’ on site
- Lead by example and seek opportunities for improvement that can enhance our service and improve customers’ experience

Requirements
- At least 3 years’ rail experience
- Have a good understanding of English
- Passionate, hardworking and driven
- Valid OTP Core competency
- Valid COSS Sentinel competency
- Have the right to work in the UK

- Valid Machine Controller competencies
- Valid Crane Controller competencies
- TRU Induction or any other site specific inductions
- Previous POS Rep experience
