I'm working with a global technology consultancy that is expanding its Cyber Security practice and is looking to appoint an experienced Zero Trust Security Lead to deliver enterprise-scale transformation programmes across a range of high-profile clients.
This is an opportunity to lead the design and implementation of modern Zero Trust strategies, working with senior stakeholders to help organisations strengthen their security posture in increasingly complex digital environments.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of large-scale Zero Trust transformation programmes.
- Design and implement enterprise Zero Trust strategies and operating models.
- Advise clients on modern Identity, Network and Endpoint Security architectures.
- Work closely with C-suite stakeholders to define security roadmaps.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering and consulting.
- Drive security strategy across cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments.
- Support business development and help shape future client engagements.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading Zero Trust programmes within large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles across Identity, Network, Cloud and Endpoint Security.
- Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, Zscaler, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Okta, SailPoint or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
