Overview
A busy family seeks a live-out, rotational chef to work a one week on/off schedule in Notting Hill. The position is a live-out one, and when working hours will be 7am-9pm, Monday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
The family enjoy a variety of food and would appreciate freshly prepared, nutritious, and locally sourced ingredients. Duties will include:
- Being the point person for all food related stocking, purchasing, and planning for the residences, working closely with the property manager and other household staff
- Regular menu-planning with the principals and HM
- Preparing delicious European and Mediterranean meals
- Doing the breakdown and clean-up after meals, with help from housekeepers
- Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner - the family love healthy, from-scratch meals prepared to a refined standard
- Cooking for guests if required and, occasionally, for up to 20 or so people

Requirements
- Flexible approach and adaptable nature - there will likely be last minute changes
- Extremely organised and calm
- Attention to detail and great at multi-tasking
- Extensive experience in private households in a full-time capacity
- Comfortable with serving refined, tasty, and beautifully presented meals.
- Discreet and calm personality, able to slot seamlessly into an ultra high net worth environment
- Positive and friendly personality while able to maintain a consistently professional approach to the position
