Role Description
We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist position at our Zip by Premier Inn in Cardiff, offering a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading hospitality businesses, Whitbread. The role involves 32 hours per week and pays up to £13.06 per hour.
About the Role
Come and work as a multi-skilled Receptionist at Zip by Premier Inn in Cardiff. You’ll play the key role of welcoming guests and ensuring their experience is outstanding—whether by handling check-ins, crafting a meal, cocktail, or making sure their stay is as restful as possible. We offer an immediate start and accept applications from those with no prior experience.

As a Receptionist, you’ll:

Requirements
- No formal experience is required to join our team
- A friendly, welcoming personality to make guests feel at ease
- Basic administration skills (training provided)
