Primary Caregiver – Flexible Assignments Available
PrimeCarers is seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals with at least 1 year of professional care experience to join our short-term and long-term care team.
Key Role Information
- Location: Confidential at this stage – once registered, we’ll provide the full address and postcode upon confirmation.
- Working arrangement: This role will require staying overnight in the client’s home (you must have access to a spare room).
- Hours and commitment: Current flexibility discussed—ideal candidates show strong commitment, but we may consider shared shifts if workloads allow for adaptation.
- Salary: Rates will vary based on your experience, the client’s budget, and the complexity of care. On our platform, the average carer earns £13.90/hour (min. £10/hour guaranteed take-home pay). For this assignment, earnings will be determined by the above factors.

Who We’re Looking For
The right candidate will meet all of the following:
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional carer experience
- Valid Enhanced DBS check (must be issued or renewed within the last 12 months)
- Qualified care training, e.g.:
- NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or
- Care Certificate completion
