Key Responsibilities 1.Consulting & Discovery Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions Understand client business processes across different functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations & Finance Translate business requirements into functional, technical specifications, process maps and solution design Define implementation scope aligned with budget and timeline 2. Implementation & Delivery Ownership Own (front-end) delivery of assigned projects Effectively coordinate with our offshore development teams to execute requirements Validate functional builds before client review Manage project milestones, risks, and change requests Manage client expectations and set realistic deadlines Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and commercials 3. Account Management & Growth Act as primary relationship owner for assigned accounts Conduct regular review calls and quarterly business reviews Identify optimisation, automation and upsell opportunities Support renewals and commercial discussions in collaboration with leadership Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organisations 4. Client Success & Adoption Drive user adoption through training and walkthroughs Ensure systems are aligned to measurable business outcomes Proactively flag risks or client dissatisfaction Maintain high client retention and satisfaction scores 5. Internal Coordination Delegate technical tasks clearly to development team Provide structured briefs and documentation Ensure timesheets, forecasts and resource allocation are accurate Contribute to internal process improvements, best practices and organisation activities including content creation, newsletters, events and trade shows

Requirements Key Skills & Experience Required: Experience implementing CRM / ERP / business systems and strong experience of end-to-end lifecycle of software project delivery Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) and process mapping Experience managing client relationships Ability to translate business needs into system solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Self starter with robust communication skills Preferred: Experience with Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo or similar platforms Basic knowledge of Deluge, APIs and integrations Experience working with offshore development teams Experience managing change within organisations Exposure to AI Our values: These values define our approach at Thoughtlogik: Be curious: We embrace change and innovation, constantly seeking new technologies and methodologies to drive growth.
