Assistant Manager – Costa Coffee (Southmead, Bristol)

Role: Assistant Manager Location: Southmead, Bristol Salary: £30,000 per annum Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week, including 5 out of 7 days)


About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Cafe Manager who excels in delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service—someone who can confidently lead all operations for our major High Street brand while ensuring seamless kitchen and service counter performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management

    • Liaise between the team and manager to ensure continuous excellence
    • Motivate staff to maintain productivity and performance
  • Operational Responsibilities

    • Assist in inventory management, budget tracking, and action plan implementation
    • Oversee till operations and payment processing
    • Support paperwork as required
