About the Role
As a Behaviour Mentor in Hounslow, London, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and special educational needs (SEN). Working closely with dedicated staff in a school rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, you’ll develop positive relationships and make a lasting impact on student wellbeing and academic success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive learning environment
- Use your creativity and aspiration to inspire students to reach their full potential
- Contribute to the school’s ethos of integrity, creativity, and aspiration

Requirements
Essential:
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University
- Outstanding A-Level results
- A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN
- Patience, empathy, and excellent listening skills
- A desire to progress within the field of education
Job Specifics
- Location: Hounslow, London
- Pay: £444–£513 weekly (via PAYE, including holiday pay)
- Contract: Full-time, long-term until July 2027
- Start Date: September 2026
