About The Role
What if your years of training in biology could directly shape how AI understands the science of life — from genetic mechanisms to breakthrough biotechnologies? We're looking for Biology Experts with advanced degrees to tackle complex, real-world problems that help the world’s leading AI models reason more accurately across the life sciences.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers and scientists who want to put their expertise to work on something genuinely meaningful — without leaving the lab behind entirely.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, nuanced problem statements
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve how AI models reason through life science challenges
- Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and depth across all your contributions
- Help define the standard of biological knowledge that next-generation AI systems are trained on

Who You Are
- Holds a Master’s or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, or similar
- Confident coding in Python or R for research, analysis, or data-driven projects
- Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Exceptional written communicator — able to explain complex science with precision and clarity
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in an async environment
- Fluent in English

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background spanning multiple life science disciplines
- Experience writing for scientific publications, grant applications, or technical documentation
- Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation platforms
