About the Role
What if your years of graduate-level biology training could directly shape how AI reasons about genetics, biotechnology, and the life sciences — influencing tools used by researchers and scientists around the world?
We're looking for Biology Specialists with advanced degrees to tackle complex, real-world problems and help train the next generation of AI models. You’ll bring scientific rigor to cutting-edge AI development:
- Reviewing, designing, and solving problems
- Pushing the boundaries of what AI understands about biology
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working scientists and researchers. No prior AI experience required — just deep domain expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated biological content for:
- Scientific accuracy
- Depth
- Clarity
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance model reasoning
- Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of:
- Scientific rigor
- Precision

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Holder of a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field:
- Genetics
- Molecular Biology
- Bioinformatics
- Biotechnology
- Experienced with Python or R for:
- Research
- Analysis
- Data-driven projects
- Deeply knowledgeable in at least one of:
- Genetics
- Biotechnology
- Bioinformatics
- Exceptional communicator — able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Fluent in English
