📍 Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days per week at the London Wall office / Tuesdays and Thursdays) ✈️ This role requires regular travel to meet clients & partners in person.

A high-performing new business team focused on winning new logos. We partner with organisations to solve complex risk challenges through strategic, high-value conversations. This is a fast-paced yet supportive environment where collaboration and success are celebrated.

About the Role

You’ll lead new business growth across 3 Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, and Iceland), owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles—often engaging with C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle—from proactive prospecting through closing, with a focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts & reporting in Salesforce.
  • Drive 10+ face-to-face meetings/month (essential for engagements).
  • Apply MEDDPICC & Value Pyramid frameworks to align customer needs with solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Solution Consulting, and Tech teams to close high-value deals.
  • Develop & execute a strategic territory plan for long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, planning, regulators, and external partners on go-to-market strategies.
  • Close cross-sell opportunities with account management teams.
  • Use tools like Gong & Lusha for effective prospecting & pipeline management.

Requirements

Essential:

  • 5+ years in business development or enterprise solution sales, ideally in:
    • Financial crime
    • Fraud, identity, or compliance
  • Fluent English; Nordic language skills is a plus.
  • Proven ability to exceed Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets in complex, solution-based sales.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC framework for managing multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Banking, fintech, or regtech experience preferred.
  • Stellar communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
