Campaign Manager

Campaign Manager | Marketo & Multi-Channel Campaigns

PE-Backed Data & Analytics Business | London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | £250/day

Contract length: 3 months initially, possible extension

About the Role

A subscription-led data and analytics business serving global commodity markets—backed by private equity—is undergoing significant growth and transformation. The commercial marketing team in London plays a central role, collaborating directly with product and sales, and the team needs a Campaign Manager to step in immediately as a key lead is departing.

Reporting into the marketing lead, who has reshaped the function over the past two years, this role moves beyond traditional demand generation into a broader multi-channel campaigns model.

This is not the old-school demand gen. Instead, you’ll execute reactive, multi-channel campaigns across:

  • Email & social
  • Paid media
  • Webinars and thought leadership content
  • Market-driven events (focusing on strategy and audience, not logistics)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll work directly with senior subject matter experts & editorial teams, turning their insights into compelling campaign activity, and collaborate with creative, digital, channel, and product marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage live Marketo campaigns (email, social, paid) with minimal oversight—ownership-driven execution from day one.
  • Develop strategy for customer-led and market-driven events (tight audience/group hookups, messaging—not logistical planning).
  • Partner with content teams on webinar campaigns and thought leadership content.
  • Translate subject matter expertise into actionable campaign assets.
  • Usher in a long-term influence role: help define how campaigns operate as the team expands, potentially from the UK rather than Bulgaria.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of multi-channel campaign experience (email, social, paid—with clear measurables).
  • Ability to work flexibly with senior subject matter experts and editorial teams.
  • A PE-paced, independent-thinking attitude—no checkbox mentality (“not my job”).
  • Ability to start immediately—live handover and kickoff ASAP.
