About the Role
Are you commercially driven, with a passion for turning client engagement into measurable revenue? Join UniHomes and help our letting agent partners unlock the full value of our student property platform.
We’re looking for Client Growth Managers to join our Business Development team. At UniHomes, we offer letting agents free advertising for student HMOs via our property portal. In return, agents must provide completed shared utility order forms from the student groups we introduce. These forms generate revenue for UniHomes and commission for the agent, creating a mutually beneficial partnership. Your role will ensure agents understand the commercial value of our platform and adopt the right processes to seamlessly and consistently drive utility form completion within their lettings workflow.
This B2B2C role hinges on your ability to build strong relationships with letting agents—not just with individual counterparts, but also with those agents’ success in guiding student tenants through the utility ordering process.
Core Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for letting agent partners, fostering trust and facilitating long-term collaboration.
- Product Value Communication: Help agents recognise the long-term commercial benefits of free advertising on UniHomes and embed utility form completion within client workflows.
- Process & Training: Drive revenue growth by embedding operational best practices, ensuring agents are trained and processes aligned to maximise utility form returns.
- Performance Monitoring: Track client performance metrics and address gaps to improve conversion rates, conversion consistency, and account growth.
- B2B2C Journey Ownership: Understand and influence the full end-to-end student journey, ensuring agents are fully trained to guide tenants seamlessly through utility orders.
- Reporting & Engagement: Provide clients with data-driven insights to help them recognise their impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Client Onboarding & Retention: Collaborate with support and business development teams to effectively onboard clients and develop lasting success from the start.
- Data & CRM Management: Support marketing and technology initiatives by maintaining accurate CRM records and keeping all account data up to date.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
