Our members expect the best food, drinks, and service—whether at our rooftop restaurant Ned’s Club Upstairs or The Vault, our late-night venue. As a Club Waiter, you’ll be the smiling face delivering exceptional experiences every time.

The Ned: Our Club & Venue
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global community for like-minded individuals to meet, work, and enjoy exceptional spaces. Based in London, we offer:

Reporting to the Club management team, this role is all about elevating the member experience—making every visit unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Rapport Building
- Serve as the main point of contact for members during their visit, tailoring every interaction to create exceptional experiences
- Build lasting relationships with members, learning their preferences and logging them in our reservations system for future visits

Service Excellence

- Ensure flawless presentation and slick operations while maintaining visibility (even during non-peak times)
Routinely Responsibilities
- Maintain hygiene & safety in our spaces, protecting guests and staff
- Collaborate with membership relations, ensuring every interaction meets (or exceeds) expectations
Shift Details
- Ned’s Club Upstairs: Breakfast to late finishes
- [The Vault (late-night cocktail lounge): Evenings, finishing as late as 3am
