About the Role

Great Minds Drink Alike… Why not get paid for doing what you love?

If you know your way around a bar, can tell your pinot from your chardonnay, and can shake a mean martini, this is the job for you.

Hotel du Vin offers an experience unlike typical hotel bars. Our guests expect banter, tri Umariaw knowledge, and entertainment whether they're grabbing a quick drink after work, before a night out, or as part of the broader food and beverage journey.

Do you want to be part of something different, working with the best food, drink, and a brand you can be proud of?

We create memories that guests never forget. This is also your opportunity for internal development and career progression—think Bar Manager roles on the horizon!

Experience

Previous experience working in a cocktail bar is essential.

Responsibilities

Under this Cocktail Bartender role, you’ll ensure the bar runs with style and efficiency, delivering a memorable drinks experience to guests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
