Compliance Coordinator | Manchester | Hybrid
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

The role of Compliance Coordinator is seeking to join their compliance function on a permanent, hybrid basis, working closely with the Client Manager to transition compliance from a reactive function to a proactive, value-adding initiative.

Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining compliance with ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) across the business.
- Supporting ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 20000-1 (IT Service Management) where relevant to ESG, supply chain, and IT service management activities.
- Streamlining security clearance processes (e.g., BPSS, MPPV3) for staff engaged in sensitive, high-profile client contracts.
- Proactively engaging with internal teams to optimise compliance workflows and streamline existing processes.
- Supporting and conducting internal audits compliant with ISO standards.

Skills Required
Strong Differentiators
- Experience with ISO 45001 (Health & Safety)
- Experience managing security clearance processes (e.g., BPSS, MPPV3)
