At Cynergy Bank, we’re searching for a Contracts and Data Lead to join our Procurement team in a pivotal role that drives contract lifecycle management, supplier governance, and data-led decision-making.
You won’t just maintain processes here—you’ll own them, improve them, and shape how Supplier Management evolves. This is a high-impact role where you’ll become the business owner for Gatekeeper, ensuring the system’s effective use, data accuracy, and commercial value across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals and expiry management
- Own and oversee Gatekeeper as the subject matter expert, ensuring:
- Strong data integrity
- Robust system governance
- Audit readiness
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business teams to align contracts with regulatory and commercial requirements
- Produce senior-level reporting on:
- Supplier spend
- Contract performance
- Pipeline activity
- Leverage data to:
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities
- Highlight trends and risks
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements, including AI-powered efficiencies
- Embed best practice in Supplier Management through:
- Guidance
- Training
- Stakeholder engagement

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in contract lifecycle management, procurement operations, or supplier governance
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Gatekeeper (as this role owns the platform for the business)
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record of generating clear, actionable insights and reporting
- Confident stakeholder manager—capable of influencing across multiple functions
- Attention to detail, with a focus on governance, risk, and audit quality
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies inefficiencies and drives improvements
