Summary
- £13.45–£14.45 per hour | Full-time contract | 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata)
- 10% in-store discount

- Additional pay: £2.00/hour (bank holidays) | £3.50/hour (night shifts)

What You’ll Do
- Act as a Lidl expert, assisting customers with enquiries, queries, and purchases
- Manage deliveries efficiently to keep stock levels ideal
- Provide passionate, high-quality customer service
- Proactively reorganise and stock the bakery with fresh goods
- Merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
- Collaborate closely with your team to maintain store excellence
What You’ll Need
- Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, customer service, or similar)
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and kindness
- Flexibility to start early/finish late when required
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive mindset
- A work hard, play to win attitude—driven to make your store a success
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with an authentic smile for colleagues and customers
