Customer Assistant - Online
Online Team Member
We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our Online team, where you’ll be:
- Picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection
The Role
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, ensuring our customers receive their orders when they need them. Your key responsibilities include:
- Using in-store tech to accept orders, locate products efficiently, and prepare them accurately and quickly
- Supporting with Replenishment and Customer Service tasks, depending on store needs
- Maintaining high standards in a team-oriented environment
This isn’t just routine work—it directly impacts customer satisfaction.
