Customer Assistant - Replenishment
Replenishment Team – Shop Floor Roles
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Replenishment team, working on the shop floor to keep our shelves fully stocked with all our fresh and ambient products.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, ensuring smooth operations so customers can always find what they need.
- Early shifts may begin as early as 4am – keep this in mind when applying
You’ll also receive training to support Market Street, Customer Service, and other areas – ideal for team players ready to pitch in where needed.
About the Role
- Location: Shop floor (various Morrisons stores)
- Key responsibility: Stock replenishment across shelves and sections
- Flexibility: Supports broader store activities, from fresh food handling to assisting customers
- Experience: No prior experience needed – just a helpful attitude and eagerness to learn

About You
