Nationwide Driving Instructor Opportunity – Up to £50,000+ per Year
My Four Wheels is looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team of driving instructors across the UK. No experience is required—just a commitment to learning and a desire for a flexible, rewarding career.
About the Role
- Join a 5-star rated driving school with 500+ instructors, now expanding nationwide
- Ideal for a career change—starts you without needing prior instructing experience
- Full support provided through our new Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 & 3
- Train and earn simultaneously with a trainee licence after passing Preliminary & Part 2

Requirements
To qualify, you must:
✔ Hold a valid full UK driving licence for at least 3 years ✔ Have no more than 5 penalty points (on your licence) ✔ Have no driving bans in the last 5 years ✔ Be reliable, patient, and approachable – must feel at home teaching diverse learners ✔ Successfully pass DVSA’s qualifying assessments (Beginner, Part 2 & Part 3)

Apply for Trainee Instructor Status
- After passing:
- DVSA **Qualification Stage (Beginner Questions Test, Theory & Hazard Perception Exams)
- Part 2 (Driving Test) → Earn while completing remaining theory+test requirements via the “trainee licence”
- After passing:

Completion
- Full ADI licence achieved after passing Part 3 (Driving Instructor Test)
- Support to pay back fees after 12 months with My Four Wheels
