Female Waking Night Support Worker

£12.85 per hour

St Helens, Merseyside

Part-Time (20 hours per week)


About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and motivated Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our Heathside service in St Helens.

This role caters to individuals who work with care recipients, providing a warm, supportive, and person-centred approach. Becoming part of our team means prioritising inclusive practises, ensuring service users with complex needs can pursue independence and holistic care within the St Helens community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personal care and practical support, including domestic tasks.
  • Assisting with daily living skills, such as money management, social interactions, and task independence.
  • Engaging service users in enriching outdoor and community experiences.
  • Collaborating with families and external professionals to ensure consistent, tailored support.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in response to each resident's evolving needs.
