About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative (internally known as a Striker), you’ll partner with Red Bull to build relationships, drive availability, and influence key decisions in-store.
The Mission
Take ownership of your territory and deliver results like it’s your business.
Your focus:
- Winning prime space in stores
- Maximising visibility and impact
- Driving volume and execution at every visit
- Competing to be your best—and earning rewards when you succeed
Key Responsibilities
- Owning relationships with in-store key decision-makers
- Influencing range, availability, and promotions including securing:
- Secondary displays
- Extra shelf space
- Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations
- Using data-driven insights to prioritise high-opportunity stores
- Spotting gaps, solving issues, and maximising every store visit
- Accurately reporting activity and sharing market feedback
- Competing fiercely—and benefiting from performance rewards

What You’ll Bring
Personality & Mindset
✔ A natural influencer with commercial instincts ✔ Target-driven, competitive, and resilient ✔ Confident communicating with all levels—store staff to managers ✔ Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Required Skills
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable with performance tracking ✔ Full UK manual driving licence (mandatory)
(Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales is a bonus—but not essential. What matters most is attitude, hunger, and drive.)
