The Role
Contract: Part Time / Permanent | Hours: 24–30 hours per week (flexible, Mon–Sun)
Responsibilities
As the Food & Beverage Team Member, you will:
- Deliver consistent, first-rate service to all guests, ensuring they leave with a wish to return.
- Build strong teamwork—collaborate to create a seamless guest experience.
- Take, transmit, and verify orders with kitchen staff before delivery.
- Ensure timely collection, checking, and delivery of meals to tables.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness—tables, service areas, and kitchen compliance.
- Practice hygiene-conscious food service at all times.
- Provide professional, efficient, and friendly service, fostering positive guest experiences.
- Bring an energetic, upbeat personality, quickly adapting to fast-paced operations.
Key Qualities
- Eligibility to work in the UK—validity confirmed via Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 requirements (proof required during recruitment).
