Founder’s Associate
**Want to learn how to build a startup by helping grow one? This is a Founder’s Associate role—you’ll work directly alongside me on everything that drives growth and builds the brand: web, ecommerce, ads, content, product, and the systems that tie it together.
About Us We specialise in whole-home water filtration. Our premium systems are designed for homes throughout the UK—and soon, Europe—and sold direct-to-consumer via online channels and consultative processes. We’re scaling rapidly, and this role is yours: a key contributor to the entire growth engine.
No two days are alike:
- Tuning Meta and Google campaigns and analysing performance
- Designing/updating websites in Webflow and optimising checkout conversions
- Shaping brand identity—voice, look, content, social strategy, video, and collateral
- Briefing creators and refining product positioning
- Handling customer inquiries via CRM/WhatsApp and securing conversions
- Building automation frameworks in CRM/CRMs, AI tools, and before we know it—you’re adapting to anything
What You’ll Do
- Run paid acquisition—creating, optimising, and scaling Meta/Google ads, testing creatives, and analysing data
- Overhaul the website/ecommerce experience (Webflow, checkout flows, conversion optimisation)
- Craft the brand from scratch—defining voice, visuals, content, social, video, and campaigns
- Collaborate on refining the product (repositioning, features, launches)
- Develop internal growth systems (CRM automation, WhatsApp flows, AI integrations)
- Convert leads directly (phone sales)
- ‘Muck in’ across needs if required

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For
A builder’s instinct:
- Self-starter—happy to roll their sleeves for anything and uncover solutions.
- Technically confident—fluent in digital tools: ads platforms, Webflow, CRMs (like HubSpot/ActiveCampaign), AI tools. Ան العكس ուղղագրական/դեմ unbed کنند tired of traditional support.
- Sharpened, organised—able to take initiative, keep delivery accurate.
- Highly relatable—comfortable with phone sales or similar public-facing roles.
- Product-agnostic: No prior need for filters/niche expertise; dimensions or complex water systems—I’ll bring you up speed. What matters most: attitude, analytical taste, a bias to ship.
