About The Role
As a General Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of tasks to help provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across:
- Housekeeping
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Catering
Thanks to the wide-reaching nature of this role, you’ll be able to play a meaningful part in creating a warm and homely environment. As a General Assistant, you’ll put our residents first and build positive professional relationships that make their experience with us both happy and meaningful.
