Global Digital Marketing Lead
🚀 Global Digital Marketing Lead – International Markets 🌍
FMCG – Health Supplements / Wellness
📍 Hybrid (1–2 in-office days/month, Hampshire)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
We’re seeking a commercially driven, strategic digital marketing leader to lead our global marketing agenda and drive growth across international markets for this leading supplements brand.
This is a key leadership role within a high-performing UK-based team, collaborating closely with international sales partners and distributor networks to deliver best-in-class digital marketing strategies and execution.
🌟 About the Role
As Senior International Marketing Manager, you will:
- Define and lead the global marketing strategy, planning, and delivery across multiple regions.
- Act as the senior partner to international teams, providing tools, direction, and support to ensure consistency and success.
- Lead with both strategic thinking and executional excellence across diverse channels and markets.

✨ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in international or multi-market marketing roles
- Proven growth in delivering across the full marketing mix (digital, trade, PR, ATL)
- Strong commercial acumen, expertise in managing budgets and performance
- Experience working with global distributors and agency networks
- Excellent communicator with storytelling and presentation skills
- Hands-on leader able to operate strategically and tactically
- Cultural awareness and experience across international markets (e.g., Europe, Asia, Middle East)
- Regulated industry experience (healthcare, supplements, FMCG) – a plus
