Growth Analyst

Growth Analyst | Up to £80,000 | London (4 days office)

About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) subscription business focused on the consumer sector. Our client is currently hiring a Growth Analyst to join their Acquisition and Product/Growth team.

The business is highly data-driven, with analytics at the core of decision-making across Product, Marketing, and Finance. This is a commercially focused role where you will not only generate reports but also uncover opportunities to optimise acquisition, retention, and Lifetime Value (LTV).

The role requires creativity, analytical rigor, and comfort working in a high-pace, experimental environment with stakeholders who value impact-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end growth analysis across the entire customer journey:

    • Acquisition
    • Activation
    • Retention
    • Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, and deep-dive customer lifecycle studies to reveal insights about behavioural trends and growth levers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
