Location: Shropshire
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000

Can you lead a well-established, Good-rated care home and drive it forward while maintaining outstanding standards of care?
A rewarding opportunity is open for a Determined & Experienced Home Manager to take the reins at a charming nursing, residential, and dementia care home in Shropshire. Part of a successful and supportive care provider, this home prides itself on quality, leadership, and continuous improvement.
This is a full Home Manager position, with full accountability for operational, regulatory, and cultural leadership. Suitable for applicants with either clinical or non-clinical backgrounds.

- You will lead a beautiful, Good-rated care home, encouraging excellence while empowering staff to consistently deliver exceptional care.
- Direction towards supporting the growth of a thriving business with a strong team culture.
- Balanced responsibility for operational, strategic, and compliance leadership within the nursing, residential, and dementia care sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day running of the home while delivering measurable improvements.
- Staff Development: Foster a high-performing, engaged team through training and mentorship.
- Quality & Compliance: Fully meet CQC requirements, maintaining Good and Aspire-to-Outstanding standards.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement, actively seeking ways to enhance resident experience.
- Resident-Centred Care: Ensure a holistic, compassionate approach to dementia, nursing, and residential care.
About You
The ideal candidate brings:
- Proven Home Manager experience in elderly care, nursing, residential, or dementia settings.
- A deep understanding of CQC regulations and compliance best practices.
- A confident leadership approach, capable of taking full responsibility for service delivery.
- Pasion for care quality with a strong ambition to make a meaningful impact.
- Willingness to lead clinically or non-clinically qualified teams, fostering mutual respect and growth.
