Duty Manager – St Austell Premier Inn
Location: St Austell, PL25 4EL Treverbyn Road, Carclaze, St Austell, PL25 4EL
Contract:
- Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- 24 hours per week
Pay:
- Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
About the Role
Come and be part of our Premier Inn team in St Austell! We’re looking for a leading professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring a fantastic experience for every guest while keeping the team motivated and running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have: ✔ Leadership experience (particularly in retail or customer-facing roles) ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills ✔ A track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing team to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Supervise health and safety standards to maintain a welcoming, safe environment
- Lead guest experience and ensure our gold-standard service
- Oversee administrative tasks with the help of our simple training support system
Requirements
- Proven history in team leadership (preferably in retail or customer service)
- Experienced in managing staff and operational logistics
- Capacity for strong communication and organisational skills
