About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our LFC Foundation team as a Impact & Insights Coordinator. In this role, you will play an active role in developing impact plans across assigned departments and programme areas within the LFC Foundation.
You will support the Impact & Insights team in ensuring robust and proportionate monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks are established across the Foundation’s portfolio, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative methods to evidence and communicate social impact. You’ll also guide colleagues and embed effective evaluation practices and data management standards across the team.
What will you be doing?
Impact Planning and Evaluation
- Support assigned departments and programme areas in designing, implementing, and reviewing monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with the Foundation’s outcomes framework and Theory of Change
- Collaborate on data collection methods, including validated quantitative tools (e.g., SWEMWBS, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, SDQ) and qualitative approaches (e.g., case studies, focus groups, structured interviews)
- Contribute to the ongoing development of social impact measurement practices, drawing on sector best practices and insights from sports charities and the wider third sector
- Transform impact evidence into clear, accessible reports and outputs for funders, senior leadership, trustees, and community stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
- Liaise with Foundation colleagues to align reporting needs, data requirements, and ensure I&I plans are understood and adhered to at programme level
- Contribute to funder reports, impact summaries, and strategic reporting materials, ensuring content is accurate, ethically sound, and GDPR-compliant
- Identify trends in programme data and present findings with evidence-based conclusions and recommendations

Data Management and Quality Assurance
- Maintain knowledge of the Foundation’s data management systems (Salesforce CRM) and assist colleagues in accurate data recording and management
- Train and upskill staff on data input processes, ensuring consistency, completeness, and compliance with Foundation policies
- Support quarterly data audits and escalate quality issues to the I&I Manager
- Ensure all data handling adheres to GDPR, safeguarding policies, and best practice
Organisational Learning and Development
- Share emerging evidence, evaluation methods, and best practices within the sports for development and charity sectors
- Invest in continuing professional development in social impact measurement, MEAL methods, and digital tools
- Assist other Foundation programmes as required
Who are we looking for?
Experience and Skills
- Experience in social impact, evaluation, or data analysis, ideally in a charity or sports organisation
- Confident in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and presentation
- Experience with data management or CRM systems (priority for Salesforce)
- Strong teamwork, project management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present evidence-based findings to diverse audiences
- Firm grasp of social impact measurement, distinguishing between outputs, outcomes, and impact
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods for charity/charity settings
- Familiarity with GDPR and secure data handling
- Pragmatic, flexible, and adaptable under pressure

Bonus Qualities
- Knowledge of safeguarding (Children/Young People/Vulnerable Adults)
- Understanding of Theory of Change or logic models
- Insight into the sports for development sector and LFC Foundation’s role
