About the Role
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll drive the kitchen forward, ensuring smooth operations, culinary excellence, and a well-coordinated team. Your leadership will set the standard for food quality, service efficiency, and teamwork, making every shift a success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food that consistently meets customer expectations and upholds Greene King’s standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety regulations to protect the team and patrons.
- Act as a management deputy, resolving any on-the-fly challenges when necessary.
- Organise and delegate staff effectively during peak service, ensuring seamless, time-efficient operations.
