Line Leader – Production Team | Myton Food Group
About the Role
As Line Leader in our Production team, you’ll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing the tools and training to help colleagues master key ways of working and relevant site processes
- Listening to team members and implementing actionable solutions to solve issues and improve processes
- Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams, driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and working practices
