About The Role
We are looking for dedicated Recovery Support Workers to join our team. In this role:
- You will promote independence, build confidence, and support recovery for clients.
- Close collaboration is required with clients to foster positive change.
- Full flexibility is needed to work varied shifts, including early, late, and sleep-in shifts, based on a rota system (covering Monday to Sunday).

About You – Essential Requirements
To ensure you’re the best fit for this role, we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience: You must have previous experience supporting people with mental health needs.
- Empathy and understanding: You understand the challenges faced by people living with mental health conditions and are committed to providing compassionate, recovery-focused support.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills capable of sensitive discussions and documentation.
- IT skills: Confidence using IT systems such as Microsoft Word, databases, and email.
- Proactive mindset: You recognise the importance of continuous improvement and professional development in supporting individuals.
