About the Role
Reeson Education is seeking caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant professionals for immediate opportunities across North London, specifically within the borough of Enfield (including Enfield Town, Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green and Winchmore Hill).
Ideal for those passionate about supporting young children in their early years, these roles involve working within friendly, nurturing nursery settings to foster learning through play and deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
- Support children’s learning through play-based activities
- Assist with daily routines, personal care and meal times
- Create a safe, stimulating environment for engagement and play
- Foster communication, social-emotional development in children
- Collaborate with experienced practitioners to deliver EYFS activities
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Uphold safeguarding and health and safety procedures

Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant or in early years settings
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient and positive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
