What You Will Do
- Deliver high standards of quality care, ensuring children’s environments and activities are stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate.
- Key carer responsibilities: – Dedicated care for assigned children – Promote engagement through play, activities, and learning experiences
- Manage day-to-day environments (including in the Team/Room Leader’s absence).
- Support adherence to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with parents/carers, maintaining professional, warm relationships.
- Mentor and support students/unqualified staff to uphold high-quality care standards.
