Planner / Planning Engineer
Senior Project Planner (Critical Infrastructure & Complex Projects)

Your Role
- Full build and management of schedules, their interfaces, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintenance and management of Baselines to support contractual and performance metrics
- Lead meetings and workshops to challenge project progress and performance
- Support Planning/Project Controls Managers in maintaining schedules and their interfaces
- Manage contractual requirements for schedules
- Provide advanced hierarchical reporting (e.g., Earned Value Management (EVM))
- Handle integration of scheduling/cost/risk, delay analysis, and scenario planning
- Execute Critical Path evaluations and contribute to efficiency improvements
- Proficiency in delay analysis techniques

About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction, related discipline
- Senior Planner with industry experience in: transportation, energy, defence, water, and rail
- Direct knowledge of NEC contracts and their application in project management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (communication across diverse groups)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
