Role Overview

Fresha is seeking a Product Manager to lead product initiatives globally, reporting directly to the Head of Product. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams, shaping solutions that help stylists, brands, and consumers thrive.

Team Structure:

  • Organized into three core tribes:
    1. Money (payments, revenue, financial workflows)
    2. Growth (marketplace, consumer acquisition)
    3. Performance (efficiency, operational improvements)
  • Alignments are flexible, based on exp래\Frameworkurity and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Execution

  • Conduct market & user research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop long-term product strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Prioritize the roadmap using data, analytics, and user feedback
  • Lead end-to-end development from ideation to launch and iteration

Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and ops to define and deliver products
  • Align with internal stakeholders on company-wide goals
  • Transparently communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes

Requirements

Essential

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or digital platforms
  • Proven ability to deliver software features (from concept to launch)
  • Strong analytical mindset to drive data-backed decisions
  • Experience in agile environments with iterative development
  • Sharp communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hunger to understand user needs and create intuitive solutions
  • Adaptability for changing priorities in a high-growth company

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to payments, financial workflows, or platform products
  • Familiarity with beauty/wellness industry pain points
