Registered Nurse - Exceptional Nursing Home (Chickerell, Weymouth)

One of the UK’s leading healthcare providers has a fantastic opportunity for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a good-rated (CQC) care home.

About the Nursing Home

The home specialises in:

  • General nursing
  • Dementia care
  • Residential and respite care for the elderly, all based in Chickerell, Weymouth.

About the Role

A fantastic healthcare setting seeks a Registered Nurse to join their experienced team. This is not just a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately assess resident needs and prioritise care plans
  • Administer all medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company policies
  • Maintain residency care plans collaboratively with residents, their relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and report any health issues to request GP/professional visits where needed
