About the Role
As a Sales Design Consultant, you’ll be the trusted estimator who transforms customers’ visions into reality—from initial conversation to final design of windows, conservatories, orangeries, or extensions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-booked appointments to meet homeowners in their homes or our showroom
- Using industry-leading design software to create visuals of bespoke spaces
- Being proactive to demonstrate alternative design solutions that match customers’ needs and ambition
- Adopting a genuine, empathetic approach to help clients resolve home improvement challenges
- Delivering expert product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and potential upgrades
- Closing sales while meeting targets to drive business growth

Requirements
We accept applications from beginner and experienced professionals, but ideally you’ll have:
- A proven sales background
- Strong alignment with our brand’s professional values
- Fervent ambition to excel, hit targets, and consistently outperform goals
- Previous experience, preferably in a Sales Design Consultant role
- Entrusting passion and resilience for long-term customer relationships
