  • Contract: Full-time, permanent
  • Salary: Hampshire Grade F1 – F5*: £41,983 – £46,564 (with flexibility acknowledged for exceptional experience)

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Trust’s central team and cluster leader to support setting the strategic financial and business direction of relevant schools.
  • Negotiating and influencing strategic decision-making within the school’s senior team.
  • Attending senior management/leadership team, full governing committee, and governing sub-committee meetings where necessary.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a comparable role.
  • Finance & Accountancy: Accounting qualification or equivalent significant experience in financial management.
  • Professional Commitment: Demonstrable understanding of, and commitment to, protection and safeguarding of children.
  • Proven Growth: A track record of continuous professional development.
